A COVID-19 test result in just 15-30 minutes? Yes! We will be offering the BD Veritor and/or the CareStart Rapid Antigen Test. Both of these tests are lateral flow immunochromatographic assays designed for the qualitative detection of COVID-19 protein antigens and both have received Emergency Use Authorization from the FDA. Published data suggests that these test have specificity of 100% and sensitivity of 84%. This test is great for quickly screening individuals for an active COVID-19 infection.

The tip of the cotton swab is inserted into both nostrils. The swab is then rotated in a circle around the entire inside edge of the nostril at lease three times.

The possible benefits of a COVID-19 test are that the results can help your medical provider make informed recommendations about your care, and the results may help to limit the spread of COVID-19 to your family and others in the community.

  4. You will find out your results via phone call after they are resulted (~30 minutes). If you need paper documentation of your test results we are able to provide that as well.

1. Does insurance cover testing?

We encourage all patients to submit for insurance reimbursement. You will be provided with all the necessary information that would be needed to submit for reimbursement (ICD 10 Code, Remedy EIN) on your receipt which is emailed to you after check out. Although we are happy to help answer questions and provide all the necessary documentation we can not guarantee that your insurance will cover your test.

2. Will this test work for travel restrictions/requirements? 

Since each state/country/airline has different requirements we can not guarantee that this test will meet the requirements of each place someone might be traveling too. Our test is a rapid antigen test. It is not a PCR amplified (NAAT) test. 

3. Can I call and book over the phone or in person instead of online?

We are sorry but at this time all booking must be made online.

4. I don't want to create a PayPal account. How do I pay without signing up for PayPal?
