SAFETY

The first thing you need to know is that your patients are getting high-quality, safe compounded medications. We are the pharmacy you can trust. We have a USP 795 and USP 800 compliant lab, highly-trained staff and only source our APIs from FDA registered distributors that exceed USP standards. Each API sourced undergoes a Manufacturer Quality Assessment with third party testing for purity and potency. Learn about our primary API distributor’s quality program here.

Each compound made at Remedy undergoes a 15-point quality check by our team. We are proud to give you a tour of our lab or further explain our compounding quality checks, just ask!

Frequently Asked Questions:

WHICH MEDICATIONS DOES REMEDY COMPOUND?

Remedy can compound both hazardous (bioidentical hormones, etc) and non-hazardous, non-sterile medications. If you are not familiar with this terminology, this means that we can compound anything that does not need to be sterile (medications administered via injection or ophthalmically for example). Hazardous drugs are defined by NIOSH and include hormones, which we CAN compound.

The medications we compound are too extensive to list here but some of the most common medications include:

  • Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone)

  • Thyroid Hormones

  • Low Dose Naltrexone

  • Dermatological creams, ointments, lotions and gels for pre and post-procedures, anti-aging, scar treatments, rosacea

  • Veterinary compounds
